If you wish to return your online purchase:
please call us at 1-989-845-6625 to request a RA number within 3 days of receipt. Return requests after 3 days of delivery will be denied. Make sure that the RA number is visible on the outside of the package. Please make sure you can trace the returned package with a carrier. You must provide Swartzmillerlumber.com with the tracking number also. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct after inspection of the merchandise.

All returned merchandise will be deemed new and in original condition if all packaging is intact and unopened. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to Swartzmiller Lumber!
However, if our inspections that goods were shipped with in error or found to be defective, a full refund will be issued. If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as a witness to the damages. If you refuse an order that is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges on the round trip delivery for the order. Understand that a refund will be issued to you minus these charges.
Special order goods are not returnable.
Please order carefully. Note all measurements and descriptive information before ordering. Returning an order because it doesn't fit or look as you thought it would on your cabinet is expensive and time consuming for the both of us. We must charge you to cover part of our cost in processing. Our intention is to encourage a responsible and considerable relationship between us and our customers allows us to offer quality merchandise at the best prices.
You can avoid restocking fees by taking advantage of our "swap" or exchange policy. If you discover that the color, style, or some other aspect of the product you received will not work for you, e-mail us or give us a call. Let us know what you wish to return, and what you would like to order in exchange. We will bill you for only what your new purchase cost plus shipping. No restocking fees apply. When your return arrives here, we will credit your account with your full original cost. (does not include opened or unsalable items or the original cost of shipping and handling if any).
